The Cinnabar area upstairs is elegantly decorated in burnt orange and red colours and is a soothing place to sample some of the incredible cocktails on offer. As for the menu, Head Chef Chumpol Jangprai has produced an innovative Asian menu that oozes flavour with supreme dishes like spicy poached tiger prawn salad with lemongrass cream and salmon roe served with baby rocket and sweet basil dressing or Malai chicken kebabs with pineapple chutney and spicy mint sauce. One of the exclusive private dining rooms features a cool red revolving table. Chauffeur service, valet parking and a climate controlled cellar add to the sense of luxury at this Manchester hotspot.
