Head Chef Anthony Fielden heads up the kitchen and offers a seasonal Modern British menu which uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Dishes include chicken livers in a sherry and grain mustard sauce with caramalised apples; 'Rack on black' roast rack of Cheshire pork stuffed with black pudding, mash, roast apples, shallots and red wine jus and TNQ fish stew with tomato and chilli, toasted bread and saffron aioli. Hip and funky, The Northern Quarter restaurant is well worth a visit.
