Hot on the footsteps of the very successful Min Jiang restaurants in Singapore’s Goodward Park Hotel and Rochester Park, Min Jiang in London is fast becoming one of the capital’s finest Chinese dining experiences. The cleverly designed interior manages to combine modern sophistication with traditional Chinese style perfectly with smart red walls featuring mirrors and glass with Chinese characters etched into them. Photographs of famous Chinese faces adorn the walls and traditional blue and white vases and pots sit on modular shelving. The menu is inspired by the Sichuan region of China and is full of exceptional dishes, the highlight being the magnificent Beijing Duck, cooked in a variety of ways, all delicious.
