For Segundos, sample the classic Zarzuela, shellfish and chorizo stew with saffron rice or Iberico Pork (from pigs fed on acorns), served with slow braised pork belly and a sweet and sour apple cider reduction balancing the salty meat. Tuna Steak Meuniere is pan fried pink, almost rare, with potatoes and provencal tomato - fresh, simple, perfect. Ice cream and chocolate desserts or try the superb cured Spanish cheese board. Iggs has won the AA wine list award for three years (2005-2007) for its extensive Spanish wine, sherry and liqueur cellar.
