The restaurant itself is one of the most glamorous and fashionable eateries in Cheshire, its interior having been designed in a luxurious baroque style, with specially-commissioned Italian furniture. The menu uses the finest and specially selected ingredients to create dishes such as chicken livers with bacon and a watercress salad, beef fillet with foie gras and a black truffle sauce and rhubarb and orange crème brulee.
