All of the meat on the menu comes in fresh from a local Liverpool butcher and the fish and seafood is bought locally to create dishes such as the amazing “Grigliata”- a vapour grilled selection of fish & seafood such as tiger prawns, squid, sea bream and tuna or the fillet of Black Gold Scottish beef with rocket and balsamic, roast carrots and potatoes.
